I would say it’s shape and size are good. The cover is nice and soft but for me it’s just to hard. Also when I had my feet on it made things worse.Now as o say good workmanship and soft to the touch on the cover. Just wasn’t for me.Thank you

Firm foam foot rest

This firm foam foot rest is the perfect height for me to use under my feet when I am sitting at my desk. It keeps my thighs horizontal & by doing so prevents my pelvis tilting forwards with resulting back pain. A perfect device for me. How good it is for others will depend on the height of their chair and the length of their lower legs!
