Primarily as a foot rest, the pillow supports the feet and leg when sitting down, in the home, office or while travelling. It can also be used as a lumbar support for your lower back and the curvature of your spine, and it can be used as a "between the knees" pillow or bolster pillow to reduce pain while sleeping. The adjustable design allows you to vary the height as required - detach the bottom to create a smaller footrest.
